1. Q: My orders are stuck in processing. What should I do?
Your orders are taking longer than usual due to high load on our systems today. Please
continue to mark new orders as packed - all orders will be processed within 1 or 1.5 hours from
the time they have been marked as packed.
Please note that you should expedite downloading and printing labels for those orders for which
label has been generated so that these can be marked as RTD as soon as possible. You should
not wait for all orders to get processed.
Q: I have uploaded a bulk file for packing orders in bulk, but those orders are stuck in
processing. I am unable to upload another bulk file. What should I do?
Please do not wait for the earlier bulk orders to move to ‘packed’ status. Continue to mark
individual orders as packed directly from the seller portal UI.
Q: When can I start processing my orders in bulk again?
Currently, in order to mark orders as packed and to generate labels, only one bulk file can be
uploaded at a time. Once the latest uploaded bulk file is successfully processed and labels have
been downloaded, you can upload the next bulk file.
However, you need not wait and can use the orders dashboard UI also to mark orders as
packed by selecting the order checkboxes and using the “m ark as packed” button. It is
recommended to keep marking new orders as packed even if previous orders are still being
processed.
Q: When will this issue be resolved?
For the next 2-3 days, we expect order performance to be slow, and we would work on clearing
the high volumes of queue in the system with the help of our tech team and your co-operation.
We suggest the following recommendations:
1) Check for new orders and mark them as packed (irrespective of number of orders in
processing)
2) Check for orders which have been processed and labels that are ready for download
3) Mark those orders as RTD for which labels have been downloaded
Q: My status appears as pending. Does this affect my orders?
You can always continue processing your existing orders even if you are in Pending status.
