This document announces a two-day workshop for leaders in business, education, and sport on developing a high performance culture. The workshop will explore research-based best practices in creating sustainable organizations through a focus on well-being as a key condition. Sessions will address topics such as leadership across cultures, developing emotional capital in staff, and linear versus circular economic models. The workshop will be facilitated by Sean Watt, an educator with experience in developing leadership and well-being frameworks, Jeff Vaughan from the sports and business worlds, and Darren Lehmann, the current coach of the Australian cricket team.

Sean Watt has been in leadership roles for over 20 years in education and sporting organisations. He is a former Head of a Middle
School, Junior School and Teaching and Learning and now is a Director of a Sporting Club, owner of a consultancy business and a
Director of a company specialising in developing leadership and well-being frameworks. Internationally, he has been the leading
developer and facilitator with the International Baccalaureate with on-line and face to face workshops on well-being, sustainability
and leadership throughout parts of Asia and Australia.
Jeff Vaughan has been in High performance sport and the Business world for the past 20 years. A former First Class Cricketer and
First Class Cricket Coach Jeff brings a wealth of experience in all manners of leadership, management and supported direction.
Currently working in the education sector Jeff is able to change young peoples’ lives through education, well-being and guidance
on all levels.
Darren Lehmann is the current Coach of the Australian Cricket Team. Darren will be joining our workshop to share his experiences
from a 25 year career in High Performance sport as a player and as a coach. An ability to relate to and inspire athletes at all levels,
Darren has skills that make him a leader of teams and organisations and is incredibly open and honest on how to develop people,
your staff and your leaders in the business and sporting world.
