1. Martine Laudy (1967)
Organizational psychologist with extensive experience in developing professionals, managers, teams and
organizations by coaching, training, assessment, consultancy and process consultation.
Specialization in designing and implementing development programs concerning talent management,
leadership development, collaboration and communication, career development and culture,
on behalf of organizations in both the public and private sector (including financial institutions, central and
local government, universities, academic hospitals and companies in technology, logistics, IT, food and the
energy sector).
Objective: enabling people and organizations to express their unique qualities and aspirations in connection
with their environment, leading to optimum results, development and well-being at the same time.
Way of working: Martine creates awareness of existing skills, knowledge and motivation ('see what is in'),
mobilizes them ('remove blocks'), helps to develop new insights and skills ('add what is needed') and offers
coaching to deploy them in the work environment ('bring out what is in'). Others experience Martine often as
'sincere attentively', connecting, inventive and expertly. She has a solution- and strengths-based approach.
Martine is a facilitator who helps others in a dialogue to achieve goals, starting from the premise 'leading
others to lead them selves'.
