2. Favorite Class Assignments
• Visualizing My Goal- By visualizing my final goal, it allowed
me to truly look at what I wanted that day to be. It allowed me
to get in depth emotionally. It also gives me a goal to always
look at.
• Preferred Learning Style- It taught me how I like to learn. It
showed me my preferred learning style and how to utilize it. It
also showed me how I can solve problems using my preferred
style.
• Power of Words: One of the first assignments but it hit home.
It gave a powerful meaning behind such a simple concept. It
provided precedent on the lessons learned for the rest of the
class.

3. Favorite Journals
• Chapter 2 Journal Entry 8- This activity allowed me to
break down the problems I was facing to accomplish my goals.
It taught me how to critic myself in a positive manner. It is a
good way to find healthy solutions to my problems.
• Chapter 4 Journal Entry 13-This activity allowed me to
figure out how efficiently I was using my time. It showed me
how important time is to achieve my goals. It also allowed me
to prioritize what is important in life both professionally and
personally.
• Chapter 6 Journal Entry 23- This journal was the most deep
for me. It allowed me to open up roadblocks that I was having
toward a project I was putting off. It assured me that the
project could be done and would be done if I just believed in
myself.

4. Favorite Module
• Module 1: Power of Words was my favorite module
because it opened my thoughts to how truly powerful
words can be. How our word can impact not only
others but ourselves.
• The lesson in the video was powerful but as I look back
on this module as we finish this class, it becomes more
impactful. It is my words that I use upon myself that is
stopping me. My Inner Critic is winning because of the
negative words that I put on myself.
• That certain words at certain times can either be
delivered with purpose or on flat ears.

5. Lessons Learned
• Create Success-This class has helped me understand that
success is something that has to be earned. The harder you
work, the more rewarding the success will be.
• Self-confidence- I have learned that beating my Inner Critic is
key in gaining confidence. My Inner Guide will help me get to
where I need to if I listen to him instead of the other.
• Deep Processing- to go along with creating my own success,
studying a subject using different methods and asking different
questions to fully grasp the subject matter is needed. It isn’t so
much about the time studying but how effective I utilize my
time while studying.

Personal responsibility in these assessment test were all about how I was growing as
a person. I grew in a lot of places that mattered to me as a student like life long
learning. As a person, it is the growth of believing in myself and knowing when I
need to ask for help. Knowing my limits will be helpful to carry in the future.
