• There are three types of account:-
1. PERSONAL ACCOUNT—RELATED TO PERSON NAME-
RAM,SOHAN,SBI,PNB ETC.
2. REAL ACCOUNT-RELATED TO ASSETSS-
COMPUTER,AC,FURNITURE,MACHINERY,BUILDING ETC.
3. NOMINAL ACCOUNT-RELATED TO
INCOME,EXPENSES,PROFIT AND LOSS.
EXP.----RENT,SALARY,ADVERTISEMENT,COMMISION ETC.

6. DOUBLE ENTRY SYSTEM
• According to Double Entry System Every
Transactions has two side.
1. DEBIT—DR.---------------COME
2. CREDIT-CR.--------------GO

7. GOLDEN RULES OF DEBIT AND CREDIT

10. WORK ON TALLY PRIME
The First Step to work on Tally Prime is Company
Creation.
Process of Company Creation in Tally Prime-
1.Open Tally Prime Software.
2.Press Alt+K(Company)—Click on Create.
3.Fill All the Information of your Company.
Like-Company Name,address,state,county,pin
code etc.

11. Select Company in tally prime
Select company means select your company
form the list of companies.
Process of Select Company:-
1.Press Alt+K>>Go to select and press enter.
2.List of company appear choose your company
by up and down arrow key.
3.Alt+F3 is the shortcut key of Select Company.

12. SHUT COMPANY IN TALLY PRIME
Shut company means close the company not
delete the company.
Process of Shut Company:-
1.Press Alt+K>>shut company then press enter.
2.Ctrl+F3 is the shortcut key of shut company.

13. ALTER COMPANY IN TALLY PRIME
It means modify or edit the company
information like company name, address,
state, country, pin code etc.
Process of Alter:-
Press Alt+K>>go to alter>>and press enter.
Make the changes after press ctrl+a(All Accept)

14. DELETE THE COMPANY IN TALLY PRIME
It means permanently delete the company from
tally.
Process of Delete Company:-
Press Alt+K>>Go To Alter>>Press Enter>>Choose
the company by up and down arrow key after
then press enter>>Press Alt+D(Delete)-Two
time enter.

15. GROUP IN TALLY
• Group is a collection of Ledger. In tally there are
total twenty-eight group in which 15 are primary
group and 13 secondary or sub group.
• Process of show all group in tally prime:-
