 Successfully managed the delivery and implementation of BT’s IT Systems Transformation solution in a programme worth
£ 15 million leading 75+ team members, to enable BT’s largest contract for FY 2013-2014, with a world leading Banking
Corporation (Contract resign worth over £ 1 Billion)
 Managed the delivery of BT’s monitoring, management and reporting solution for the Customer’s Underlying IT
infrastructure network such as LAN, WAN, Firewall, Switches and Routers
 Managed the delivery of BT’s end to end monitoring solution for the Customer’s Global IPT infrastructure which included
over 20,000 Avaya Handsets spanning 122 sites Globally, over 18,000 Microsoft Lync 2013 users globally
 Managed the delivery of the complex underlying network and IT infrastructure such as the Vblock Systems that were
hosted from locations within BT and Customer’s regional data centres – Virtualised Hosting Platform
 Managed several workshops to analyse the signed contract & document the requirements, managed hot house sessions to
produce the solution design, create the end to end delivery plan with costs & timeline
 Reported back to BT & Tech Mahindra Senior management and Senior Customer programme governance board (which
included the Executive Programme Sponsor), on a weekly basis, the project execution status, milestones, risks, issues and
dependencies
