• Leader role is one of the many role of manager. However
  it is one that has maximum impact
• The philosophy that the Leadership assessment is based
  on
 • The concept of Leadership as “a single source of authorities with
     subordinates/followers trailing behind” is outdated
 •   Best leadership does not generate best followers , it generates other
     leaders
 •   Leadership is what you do, not what you are. Charisma does not count
     for much
 •   Leadership is a process, a process of influencing outcome in a given
     situation
 •   During times of change, certain leadership behaviours assume more
     importance than during normal-usual times
 •   Leadership is a journey of personal development & learning
Objectives of the Study
• Feedback of “Perceived Leadership Capability” with a
  view to sensitize leaders of their strengths & weaknesses
• Feedback of Leadership Style tallied with individual
  leader’s self questionnaire to discover blind-spots
• Assessment of suitability of leadership behaviours of
  individual leaders in “Change Management” situations
Methodology
• Leadership Behaviour Feedback (LBF) Study – Feedback
 from Cohorts
     •   Questionnaire based feedback from cohorts : boss, 3 peers & 3
         sub-ordinates
     •   Self rating on various behaviours incorporated
     •   Analyses performance on 20 leadership behaviours
     •   Analysis of behaviours critical to change leadership
     •   Analysis of self vs. others


• Leadership Style (T-P) Study – Self Questionnaire
     • Concern for People vs. Concern for Task
     • Scores tallied with Feedback
