Literature Review
The design of smart home using raspberry pi and computer vision technique is proposed
in [1]. However, due to the usage of raspberry pi, its a costly project.
A three-layer security system with first step as RFID matching, second as password
detection and then a face detection model for recognizing the authorized and
unauthorized person is discussed in [2].
A controller (MyRIO 1900 Controller) has been programed as per the requirement for
face detection. Personal computer easily used to display the output using LabVIEW. One
of the disadvantages of this technique is that, it is based on MyRIO module, which is very
costly [3].
