It is with great honor that I write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Sara Bell. I
have known Sara for 1 year as she has worked on the Unity Chemical Dependency
Outreach Team. Sara works on the team as a mental health counselor providing a self-
esteem enhancing prevention curriculum for youth participating in the STAGES program
of Unity Behavioral Health.
The first words that come to mind when I think of Sara are energetic, hard working,
driven, motivated, creative and flexible. She presents with a desire to learn and grow
both professionally and personally. She has the ability to set clear and consistent
boundaries with youth while making the curriculum fun.
Not only does Sara do a thorough job working with the STAGES program, she has taken
on a second job with Unity Health System. She also works part-time as an Addiction
Therapist for outpatient services. Sara consistently manages a high case load of patients
and repeatedly receives high marks in patient satisfaction surveys. Sara presents with a
great deal of pride with the work she does at Unity Health System.
