Letter of Recommendation for Cynthia Conte
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
I have known Cynthia Conte for several years when she worked for me at Sacred Heart University
and I am happy to write a letter of recommendation on her behalf.Cynthia is a strong leader,
honest, hardworking, skilled, conscientious, friendlyand dependable. She is able to manage
numerous events/moves at the same time with a high degree of professional excellence, while also
keeping a close eye to detail and quality for each task.
While at Sacred Heart, Cynthia had four direct reports and assisted supervisionof 60+custodial
staff. She conducted training programs necessary for maintaining or improving professional and
technical qualifications of the staff and maintained safety standards in conformance with federal,
state, and insurance regulations and developeda program of preventive safety as related to the
former practices (SOP) of the department.
As one would correctly imagine, Cynthia has strong skillsin organization, but her ability and
contributions far exceedher mastery of skills.Cynthia is an excellentleader and worker and her
good sense of humor and common sense helpedher to respond appropriately to students and their
families,as well as respond in a fair and firm way to vendors or sub-contractors.
Finally,Cynthia has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. She is willingand frequently
volunteers to go the extra mile if an assignment needs to be done. She would be most often a
“hands on” kind of person, especiallyif she knew such mentoring would help the other employees
complete their tasks more efficiently. She is a strong colleague and would be a welcomed addition
to any organization. If you would like me to clarify anything I have written here, I would be very
happy to do so. Thank you for taking the time to carefully consider Cynthia Conte for employment.
