It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter of recommendation for Sarah Patton.
I am a Registered Health Information Administrator who has been working in the consulting field for
over thirty years. I have worked in large and small hospitals and with multiple consulting firms.
It has been my pleasure to work with Sarah for several years. She has been my Human Resource
Manager since I rejoined my present company. Even though I am a Senior Associate at
PricewaterhouseCoopers, I have served as Vice-President of several boutique healthcare firms and
Director of Health Information Management Departments in hospitals so I have worked with many
Human Resource managers. I have never had someone who was so engaged and interested in being of
assistance at any time. In the time I have been in this business, I have never worked with a more
conscientious, dedicated, organized or pleasant individual. She is always ready to help with multiple
problems and goes above and beyond her job description.
Her constantly pleasant demeanor never ceases to amaze me as well as her patience and understanding
of a problem. She excels in her Human Resources position as no other person I have ever experienced in
that position in all of the years in this profession. Sarah is very organized and knowledgeable in all areas
of her responsibilities. She is excellent in her presentation skills. She is articulate and presents her
subjects well.
Sarah has been the most pleasant person to work with because of her continually positive attitude no
matter the problem that may arise. She is fun and interesting and never leaves a project or question
pending as she promptly follows up on everything requested of her. She has helped me out with
computer problems, time and expense problems, along with assisting me in determining to whom I
should direct issues that did not fall into her domain. Again, I must reiterate that she goes above and
beyond my highest expectations.
