to micro manage tasks most of the times
This tendency, though at times necessary, narrows down the scope
to own up additional responsibilities
I tend to be over supportive of my team members
The slight lack of dominance in the team at times promotes
lackadaisical attitude in the team
Becoming an effective communicator is an area I strive to improve
continuously, and is a key trait that I look to learn from my
leadership team
I credit people for the success of the work, but tend to remain less
critical when discussing their mistakes
Being too patient and polishing the feedbacks for mistakes, at
times, deviate ownership from team members
