OBJECTIVE
To obtain a position as a front desk receptionist where I can maximize my organizational skills in a
challenging environment, thus achieving a high degree of work efficiency.
EXPERIENCE
Elgeston Children’s Hospital Room Service Attendant June 2015- Present
 Provide patients with information on what each food item prescribed by the doctor
contains and how it is good for their condition.
 Verify from patients if they have any food allergies and make appropriate notes.
 Prepare each individual patient’s food order according to their specific diet plans specified
by the doctor.
 Make sure that the food is as tasty as possible so that the patients develop a liking to it.
 Prepare food trays by measuring out appropriate portions of each food item.
Piedmont at Buckhead Dining Room ServerDecember 2014- June 2015
 Provide the customers with a pleasant dining experience and quality service.
 Conduct final check of food items prior to serving customers to ensure quality
maintenance.
 Ensure cleanliness of dining rea and food items before serving.
 Assisted others in carrying out their part of preparing/ serving meals.
W Downtown Atlanta Room Attendant July 2014- December 2014
 Cleaned rooms and bathroom accessories such as bathtub, mirrors, tiles, toilet, sink,
walls, counters, and floor surfaces.
 Striped and made beds, and changed bed linens.
 Carefully dusted all furnishings, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
 Refilled amenities, linens, and supplies in visitor room.
 Signed for room keys, retrieved, pushed to assigned rooms and restocked heavy cart.
 Adhered to all cleaning measures and instructions for use of chemicals and cleaning
agents.
Omni Hotel Event Server July2013- January 2015
 Serviced up to 2000 people per event, including tourists from all walks of life.
 Assisted customers with directions and information pertaining to the event,
entertainment, and local points of interest.
 Set up/ break down buffet stations, tables, and chairs.
 Ensured food and beverage station is maintained and refreshed often.
 Adhered to all safety and health regulations.
 Maintained floral bouquets and decorations by watering and replacing shriveled flowers
and placing decorations on a prominent display throughout the room.
 Promptly greeted guests and buss tables the entire event.
