In order to solve the most common problem that 2D 
instruction manuals have, we created the Smart Manual, 
which allows all users to freely rotate the models at any 
angle, as well as zoom in on and out of the models. The 
program works on both iPhone/ iPad and Android smart 
devices. The user only needs to scan the QR code of each 
model. The program will display the 3D model on screen.

About Gigo 
Learning Lab - innovative education for kids 
With over 40 years of experience in developing teaching materials, Gigo launched a 
completely new educational series, Learning Lab, in 2014. Learning Lab includes 20 
individual packages, as well as 5 school sets. 
Each set provides a full set of building block components 
and student workbooks. We focus on combining theory 
with applications from daily life. The lessons are designed 
step-by-step for different levels, from kindergarten to 
senior high school, and from easy to difficult. The Learning 
Lab contains 20 topics and 440 courses. 
We believe that the ability to be creative can be learned, 
and that imitation is a necessary first step in innovation. 
The lessons are organized into a 5-course cycle. For the 
first 4 courses, kids will be given some set-up models, 
which they can follow the assembly steps. The 5 one is a 
monograph course. Kids need to use what they have 
learned to create a model to meet their target objective. 
Traditional educational methods for science place greater 
emphasis on teaching theory. We emphasize a more on 
hands-on approach; the implementation comprises more 
than half of our course time, letting kids truly learn to love 
science while exploring scientific theories and applying 
their knowledge to build models. 
The greatest aspect of Gigo’s building blocks series is that 
all the components are interchangeable. Every piece of the 
Learning Lab’s building blocks collection can be used for 
enriching future creations. There is no need to eliminate any 
piece of building block at any level. 
We digitalized all our lessons. Now teachers can 
easily use the materials on the cloud to start a 
class! Moreover, we also provide a management 
system that allows schools and learning centers 
to easily manage their daily works such as course 
arrangement, enrollment, recording kids’ study 
history and scores, etc.

building 2D and 3D spatial concepts during playing building blo cks.

Using Gigo’s 2CM building blocks. Each block is specially designed 
with 5 indentations, and a single protrusion. This allows the blocks to be 
attached from any side. Each block can rotate, helping to train muscle 
development. Additionally, the set comes with specially designed paper 
cards for kids free their imaginations and become little artists. 
Using Gigo 2CM building blocks. Kids can get to 
know the colors, shapes, letters, and numbers, as 
well as build a basic idea of geometry and spatial 
concepts, all through playing with the blocks. 
Using Gigo’s track building blocks. In line with the principle 
behind the Junior Engineer series, all components are 
interchangeable. The track blocks can be attached with 
other track blocks to create a rolling ball game as exciting

Kids get to know the relationship between magnetism 
and electricity by using Gigo’s electrical building 
blocks, enameled wires, iron rod and motors, while 
learn about the theories of Ampere’s law, Faraday’s 
law and other related effects of electro-magnetism.

models of cranes and scales within the courses 
while learn about the principles behind the 
movement of force, levers, inclined planes, axles 
and some other simple machines. 
Using Gigo’s electrical building blocks, kids will 
learn about series and parallel connection, as well 
as simple circuit designs by assembling common 
devices from our daily lives, such as a traffic light, 
an alarm and a flash light, developing knowledge of 
electricity in the process.

the designs of complex transport machines, and understand the

structures, including: gear racks, cams, and worm gears. Helps

blower to create models of a vacuum, air boat, and

Gigo water power series teaches kids about the applications of 
our water resources. From the lessons, children can learn about 
surface tension, buoyancy, pressure, and more, while learn how 
to apply this newfound knowledge by assembling models of 
applications from daily life, like a water power generator, a 
hydraulic pressure excavator, and a water jet vehicle.

to know the imaging principles of concave and 
convex lenses, as well as the theory of 3D and 
film while learn about optics. 
In Gigo’s chemical battery series, kids can understand 
how chemical energy is converted into electrical energy 
through operating a chemical battery with Gigo’s qualified 
safety-tested building blocks. Kids will learn how factors 
such as concentration, proportion, and solution, affect the 
generation of electricity.

STEM Education Science Theory Experiment Application 8 7 4 3 2 1 Learning Lab utilizes theme-oriented teaching materials designed to focus on the STEM education fields. Creativity Imitation Imitation Learning Lab is a product that grows with you. In order to solve the most common problem that 2D instruction manuals have, we created the Smart Manual, which allows all users to freely rotate the models at any angle, as well as zoom in on and out of the models. The program works on both iPhone/ iPad and Android smart devices. The user only needs to scan the QR code of each model. The program will display the 3D model on screen. Building models is no longer complicated. Gigo Cloud Platform Students Teacher About Gigo Learning Lab - innovative education for kids With over 40 years of experience in developing teaching materials, Gigo launched a completely new educational series, Learning Lab, in 2014. Learning Lab includes 20 individual packages, as well as 5 school sets. Each set provides a full set of building block components and student workbooks. We focus on combining theory with applications from daily life. The lessons are designed step-by-step for different levels, from kindergarten to senior high school, and from easy to difficult. The Learning Lab contains 20 topics and 440 courses. We believe that the ability to be creative can be learned, and that imitation is a necessary first step in innovation. The lessons are organized into a 5-course cycle. For the first 4 courses, kids will be given some set-up models, which they can follow the assembly steps. The 5 one is a monograph course. Kids need to use what they have learned to create a model to meet their target objective. Traditional educational methods for science place greater emphasis on teaching theory. We emphasize a more on hands-on approach; the implementation comprises more than half of our course time, letting kids truly learn to love science while exploring scientific theories and applying their knowledge to build models. The greatest aspect of Gigo’s building blocks series is that all the components are interchangeable. Every piece of the Learning Lab’s building blocks collection can be used for enriching future creations. There is no need to eliminate any piece of building block at any level. We digitalized all our lessons. Now teachers can easily use the materials on the cloud to start a class!
