Responsibilities
I worked in the Banking Industry for over 40 years. I held several positions including but not limited to:
Operations Officer, Auditor, Proof Supervisor, Procedure Writer, Utility, Trainer. I also worked in the Retail
Beauty business for three years supervising floor staff and cashier positions.
Accomplishments
I grew from an inexperienced 21 year old to a seasoned employee. I was able to transition to any position that
needed to be filled by learning all aspects of the job. Because of my years in the banking field I was able to
create and write the Operating Procedure Manual for a major bank, which allowed me to become the auditor.
Skills Used
I am adept at all customer service positions. I am a problem solver. I am computer skilled and learn new
programs easily. I have good phone presence, you can hear the smile on my face over the phone.
