*Students will be graded using a performance based report card
each nine weeks.
*Grades of 3+, 3, 2, or 1 are given on assignments and report cards
according to the Cobb County Grading Rubric.
*Grades are not accessible online using Synergy in 3rd grade.
*Progress Reports will be distributed at the midpoint of each nine
week grading period.
*Please note that a 3 is earned by students who are independently
and consistently meeting the grade level standards.

completed and turned in when it is due.
Homework is reflected in the learning behaviors
section of the report card.
*Math homework will be given nightly.
*All homework will be written in the agenda daily!
**Math Fact Fluency & Nightly Reading are
expected to occur in the home in addition to
the nightly homework assigned**
Bell rings at 7:50 (Students are tardy if they enter the classroom after
the bell rings)
*Students arriving before 7:15 will not be permitted to enter the
school building until the 7:15 bell
*Breakfast is served from 7:15-7:40 in the cafeteria

sent home to complete. Some assignments
will be made up in class.
