Who doesn’t like money?
Purpose: To recall what you learned in the previous class.
Instructions:
1. What did you learn in the last class?
2. What are some useful expressions that you remember
from the last class?
3. What are some words that are difficult for you to
remember?
4. Make a comparison with your info and your friend’s
info.
 Comparative adjectives.
 What type of comparative adjectives we may have?
 You are older than me.
 You work more hours than me.
 You are taller than me
 I am smaller than you.

Instructions:
For being able to put a symbol in the table it will be
necessary for you to make a comparison between you and a
classmate, using comparative adjectives.
You are older than me.
You work more hours than me.
You are taller than me
I am smaller than you.
 Instructions:
1. Complete the questions about your family with superlatives.
2. Make pairs
3. Using the info from the previous exercise find out information about your
partner and his/her family.
4. Look at the objects and add more to them if you consider there are more object
that are easy to loose.
5. Read the article and check with the list.
6. Get in pairs and discuss the questions in exercise 3 pg. 81
 Who is the youngest in your family?

 Who is the worst driver in your family?
 The worst driver in my family is Leonardo.
 We can add to the most common things to lost the following items too….
 Choose two or more people from your family.
 Think of their characteristics.
 Make a list of characteristics that you may compare between them.
 Share your description with the class.
 Comparative and superlative adjectives.
 My father is angrier than my mother.
 My brother is happier than me
 My sister is the most intelligent in the family.
 The one that works the most in the house is me.
Instructions:
 Read and listen Judy’s conversation.
 Practice the conversation with your partner.
 Match the questions with the possible answers.
 Think of something you have lost and make up a conversation like in the example.
 Complete the vocabulary extra
What color is it?
What is it made of?
What kind of bag is it?
Is it made of leather?
Is it made of glass?
Look at the pictures and add 4 countable and uncountable
nouns
Complete the conversation using the words in the box.
Complete the sentences with the verbs in parenthesis.
Compare to actresses using the comparative form of the
verb.
Complete the sentences using superlatives.
Read the sentences and find out what the mistake is.
