 Responding quickly and resourcefully to customer requests or concerns.
 Using suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
 Giving information to customers about products.
 Operating the till.
 Up selling and making recommendations to customers.
 Serving multiple customers in a short period of time.
 Carrying out re-merchandising, display, price markdowns duties.
 Accurately completing cash register transactions.
 Receiving store deliveries.
 Representing the store in a professional and positive manner.

 Take orders by punching them into the POS Database and repeat orders to ensure accuracy.
 Take Cash or process credit cards in exchange of meals sold.
 Assemble orders and pack them in a safe manner.
 Handle’s Customers complains and concerns.
Academic Qualification:
 School Leaving Certificate – Higher Secondary Board, Nepal (2005)
 Computer Basic and Diploma Courses from College of software Engineering, Nepal (2008)
 Computer Hardware (A+) and Networking from Big Byte Technology, Nepal (2008)
