The aim of the project is to provide support for understanding and closing the existing Non-Conformance (NC), CAPA
of Johnson & Johnson.

monitor project schedule and milestones.

As the project having lot of challenges and required the need of experienced professional for executing the project, I am
given the responsibility to handle the project. I am sole responsible for the delivery and management for this
assignment. I am interacting with key stake holders periodically to keep track of progress of each step and prepare the
next action plan. Also working closely with all the team members for smooth execution of this project. Carried out the

2. • To understand different existing Non-conformance (NC) initiated and understand the
system used in ASP to manage NC in ETQ system.
• Go through the individual and understand the source behind the initiation of the NC
along with the impact.
• Perform a root-cause analysis with various techniques
• Prepare the action plan and coordinate with different stake holders for proper review and
execution of the action plan
• Prepare the effectiveness plan as per the action plans and execute the actions to check
the effectiveness
• Manage the NC process flow in the system and coordinate with associated stake holders
from different departments for resolving the Non-conformance.
E-CAD Design Support
The aim of the project was to provide Design Engineering Support for Electrical circuit design of various control panel
as well as locomotive train, Air bus. Objective of the project was
1. Database Creation (Electrical Symbol and Component) using E3 software.
2. Design Circuit diagram as per requirement.
3. Model Creation for Harness Drawing.
4. Generate Bill of Material (BOM) and Wire running List (WRL).
5. Quality Check.
6. Review and Execute.
Responsibilities:
The project was executed in a global model and I was responsible for every delivery. I was leading the project from
offshore and was working closely with all the team members for smooth execution of this project. Carried out the
following activities:
• Understand the requirement and go through different product lines to understand the
basic functionality and the technology used for manufacturing the products.
• Understand the models and drawings for different circuit. Also suggest for any mistake
and improvement in the models and drawings.
• Interact with customer to discuss for the improvement opportunity and generate the
decision matrix based on the initial assessment.
