2. Design & Developed a “Programmable Instrument Cluster” in TATA Motors Ltd. for TATA Indigo Manza
vehicle. The Instrument Cluster is physically same for 5 different types of Power Trains in Indigo Manza
vehicle platform, the cluster can be programmed / configured at production line (End of line) to match with
vehicle specific requirements.
• “Excellence through Innovation” award received for the same in “ERC Quarterly Technical
Seminar” conducted at TATA Motors Ltd. in 2008.
3. Design & Developed a customized “Body Control Module” in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. for Scorpio
vehicle, by which the benefits achieved are, Cost reduction, Weight reduction, Assembly time reduction,
Components reduction and less effort logistics & components handling.
• “R &D Excellence” award received for the same in “Quarterly Technical Seminar” conducted at
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in 2010.
4. Design & Developed a “Turbine Engine Controller” for “National Aero Space Laboratory (NAL)”,
Bangalore – India.

1. Worked with Yamaha Design team at Japan for 2 wheeler Instrument Cluster design & development.

Product Validation Test rig Design – Hera Project.
Hera combines a Micro Fuel Cell charger and a fuel cartridge to offer portable, on-demand energy to consumer
electronics devices. For users worldwide who struggle with the limited battery life of their Smartphone, Hera delivers a
weeks’ worth of energy per cartridge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Detailed requirements gathering for Hera Product validation Test rig design.
• Preparation of Test methods based on the Test requirements.
• Execution of Functional tests, Electrical tests and Environmental tests as per the Test methods.
• Execution of “Service life time Endurance test” using NI Lab View based software tool.
