 Insight-driven marketing: It involves bringing together multiple data
points to form a more complete picture of customers.
 Incorporation of Mobile : It helps customers to connect through different
social sites with relationship managers.

 Research methodology is a process used to collect information
and data for the purpose of making business decisions. The
methodology may include interviews, surveys and other
techniques, and could include both present and historical
information.
Objective
 To find out the satisfaction level of the clients.
 To find out which kind of policy is mostly preferred by
clients.
Research Design
 The research design is used in this study on ‘Descriptive’.
 Data is collected through both primary and secondary source.
 PRIMARY SOURCES:
 Questionnaire.
 SECONDARY SOURCES:
 Websites.
 Samples of 100 investors are taken.
 Convenience Sampling Technique is used.

Conclusion
 Nearly 45% of the interviewers they belong to 5-10 lakh income
group. Prospects are like to opt for long term.
 Mostly prospects has two or more than two policies in their name
and like to invest in LIC.
 More prospects would like to invest in life insurance and child
insurance plans.
