WE GUARANTEE:  If the candidate leaves within 3 months of joining, WE will find a replacement which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves voluntarily. We  need to be informed of candidates leaving as soon as he leaves. 8.33% of annual gross salary for Junior level  12.5% of annual gross salary for Senior Level Positions   10 % of annual gross salary for Mid level Positions
