2. WHY DID YOU JOIN LEOS
INTERNATIONAL?
I joined LEOS because it's a company that has a clear
mission and that is to deliver projects successfully.
Moreover, the autonomy provided by LEOS allows me to
decide how I spend my time and in which projects I engage.
I am accountable for the results of my work, so I can set my
own goals and decide how to achieve them.
3. CREDENTIALS &
EXPERIENCE:
I have an undergraduate degree in Town Planning (2:1
Hons) and post graduate degree in Urban Design (MA
Hons). I have worked in Town Planning for a range of public
and private sector clients, obtaining planning permissions
for residential sub-sectors including but not limited to
conventional housing, BTR, PBSA and Hotels.

5. CAREER
PATH:
As a planner, my career has focused on the residential
sub-sectors. I have gained a strong appreciation of the
thematic planning policy issues facing the housing building
industry and have utilised this knowledge to design and
deliver a range of small and medium-scale residential
projects through the planning process.
6. ADVISE FOR ASPIRING
PROFESSIONALS:
If you are interested in a career in the housing development
industry, then you should take time to research and
understand the planning process. You should also try to
understand the likely demand for your type of development,
where it is likely to be located and who is likely to be
interested in purchasing a property in that location. If you
can answer those questions, you will be better placed to
meet the challenges and opportunities of this profession.
