He also has the credit of twoGreenfield projects of setting up CVM (Customer Value Management) center for Standard Charteredat Finedge and the contact center for Fullerton Securities and Wealth Advisors.During his exemplary professional career he has held senior management profiles with AEGISGlobal, Indiabulls and Orion Dialog. He also played an instrumental role in reenergizing Bcube ITServices.He is a Startup & Setup Specialist with an extensive expertise of contact centre interactiontechnologies ranging from rudimentary PBX & EPABX systems to the contemporary IPBX &VoIP, besides having a hands-on design & development experience of supplementary enhancementsolutions right from CRM‟s / CIM‟s / LMS, Ticket Management Systems, IVRS, Dialers, CTI & Loggers.He has pioneered customer life cycle management services by managing Sales, Services and BackOffice Domains.   13. 13. Anurag UpadhyayaAnurag Upadhyaya is a serial entrepreneur and is a Co-Founder and CEO of ACE Projects, a realestate company, which builds super luxurious second homes around the country. He Co-founded AceProjects in 2007 with a meager capital of 1 crore and in a span of less than four years the companyhas projects worth 150 crores.He has an overall experience of 14 years in Contact Center Management, Customer Service and RealEstate. He is a pioneer of Customer Life Cycle Management and has managed very large scale BPOoperations in Sales, Customer Service & HR Service domains. He has in-depth exposure ofTelecom, BFSI, Insurance & Real Estate Verticals.He is a young achiever and started his career with ATS services at enrty level and in a span of lessthan two years he became the youngest call centre unit head at “ORION DIALOG”, which was thelargest domestic call centre at that time. He has also managed the largest domestic customerservice account in India, having strength of 4000 people, for Vodafone during his last assignment atAEGIS BPO.Customer First is his dream of providing exceptionally delightful customer service in the real estatedomain. Lokesh has been instrumental in envisioning the success path for AceProjects.His expertise lies in exploring hidden opportunities in existing and upcoming business verticals andcreating an extreme business value proposition by extensive evaluation , optimizing investmentsand eliminating unwarranted business risks.He is a young achiever and has an extensive experience of 11 years in supply chain management inapparel export and Real Estate. He started his entrepreneurial walk at an early age of 25 years byestablishing India Liaison offices of some of the most renowned fashion Labels in Europe likeArmani Jeans, Pinko, Roberto Cavalli, Cellyn b, Petrizia Pepe, and many more.Lokesh Vason, is one of the Founder Directors of Customer First and is responsible for providingdirection and forming strategies for the ongoing expansion of the company.
