clarification if required for Pre Bid Conference
 Helping the Tendering department for getting the consumable prices for precise tendering
price and helping man power schedule based on Productivity Norms of each category of
workmen
 Preparing the Project Quality Assurance Manual and Quality Plan for the respective job
site requirements
 Calibration of all measuring instruments and keeping track of records
 Coordinates and manages different type of Construction Projects while in progress.
, * Establishing / Writing / Arranging - Quality Procedures Welding (WPS,PQR) etc., ,
Ensures that the project quality is accurate and possible to achieve within the budgeted cost,/
resources to complete the project.
 Technological improvement / Maintaining the Quality/ Target achievable
*Reviewing Planning Progress viz Planned /Achieved) and if necessary corrective action
suggested to get back to the original planned
 Six Sigma Principle/ Time Management/ Control Consumable Cost and Procurement on time
 Co-coordinating with Inter department Construction Personnel and Client’s Representatives in
settling Critical Issues
 Carrying out the Investigation on Product Failures(Fish/Bone or Cause and Effect )
 as well on / the Goal /Target Failures and Suggest to Improve the Efficiency.
 Training of Sub-ordinates is today’s need and Developing the Sub-ordinates is
tomorrow’s need
 Ensures that all equipment are put to full use without break down –Maximum Capacity
Utilization of the Plant and Machinery
 Keeping Productivity by adopting JIT (Just In Time)
 Keeping Safety and Quality at the most Top level in all the construction projects
 Thorough knowledge on the latest Technological Development and International Code of
Practice(Standards and Specifications)
 Problem Solving- Carrying out Failure Analysis (CAUSE AND EFFECT or FISH

2.  Conducting and coordinating periodical Quality/Safety Audit and reviewing the results
and arranging for corrective action on Non Conformities.
 Reviewing the productivity viz Labor / Consumables
 Motivates and train the team members to achieve business goal
 Takes the necessary actions needed to secure that the ongoing construction project will meet
the expected results within determined parameters as per tender clause
 Keep management informed about the project progression by sending a monthly progress
report to the Management.
