The Manufacturing Leadership Program provides program members the opportunity to enrich their first several
years of employment at GDAIS by involving themselves in projects to which other employees may not have

 Developed and executed transition plan, supported material procurement and shop floor activity,
maintained program budget , performance and schedule for CDS program
o Implemented Visual Factory concept at sub assembly and final assembly locations
o Successfully managed Shop Floor execution team
 Helped to successfully accelerate production schedule for CTAPS assemblies to meet needs of the fleet
 Developed process to monitor CPU module test loop in the SERF
 Standardized performance to target metrics for MPP and held bi-weekly meetings to discuss progress

 Helped to automate SQA’s shop floor defect metric, DPTLH (Defects per Thousand Labor Hours)
