This document provides instructions for testing audio on a computer or headset: 1. Plug in a headset or speakers and click on the audio tools 2. Click on the audio setup wizard and follow the directions to test audio 3. Check that the computer sound and/or headset is not muted by clicking the "talk" button to say "hello" 4. If there are audio troubles, call a provided phone number and enter the pin to get assistance
