GOALS:
• To earn a BA at UF.
• To be more involved with UF.
CHALLENGES:
• Maintaining required GPA.
• Not knowing what associations/clubs
are on campus.
HOW WE HELP:
• Expanding tutoring.
• Showcase associations/clubs more
frequently.

REAL QUOTES:
• “It’s been difficult to schedule
an appointment with tutors
during times that fit in with my
schedule.”
• “I always hear about clubs I
don’t care about, or I hear
about special associations you
have to be invited to in order to
be apart of it.”
COMMON OBJECTIONS:
• I don’t think there are enough
tutors.
• I don’t know about all of the
associations/clubs.

MARKETING MESSAGING:
• An increase in marketing
and expansion.

• We are providing you with
more tutoring facilities that
will accommodate the
needs of current and
future Gators, and more
attention will be drawn
towards ALL of our clubs
and associations.

SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGING:
• It would probably be best to reach Albert
through Facebook and Twitter to keep him
updated with clubs/associations, and to
keep him updated on tutoring hours.
SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGING EXAMPLES:
• Facebook: Include a photo of a tutor that
works at the tutoring facility, include times
and locations that tutors are available, and
include a mission statement for what the
tutors are trying to achieve with students.
• Twitter: Include a photo of a specific
club/association, include a time and
location of the next meeting and include a
short but specific description of what the
club/association is all about (hashtags
included).
