2. Date/Time Activity: Talked with Sandy Putnam,
car show proceed recipient, to confirm
3/4/12 date, location and times. Tells me
8:00-9:00 Pm about BBQ and trophy connections.
Commentary: Load off my shoulders
for food and such.
Date/Time Activity: Had a mass email sent out to
all the employees at Freehome
3/7/12 Elementary asking for baked goods for
3:00-3:30 the event.
Commentary: Got a rousing response.
Date/Time
Activity: On phone with Mr. Rizzi
3/7/12 about specific event details: Location,
9:00-10:30 Pm advertising, times and dates. Set up
Facebook group, added over 800
people.
Commentary: Started advertising
Date/Time Activity: Met with Mr. Rizzi to discuss
3/8/12 flyer and made map outline of the
4:30-6:00 Pm parking lot.
Commentary: Planned entire
sectioning.

3. Date/Time
3/11/12 Activity: Got sponsors and sketched
10-11:30 Pm out the design that Chandler Graphics
was going to put on the banners for the
car show.
Commentary: This will help me get
more advertising.
Date/Time Activity: Designed flyer.
3/13/12 Commentary: After much trouble with
4-5:30 PM several programs, I finally got it to
work.

3/13/12 Activity: Finalized prices for food and
9-9:30PM raffle tickets with Mr. Rizzi and Mrs.
Sandy
Commentary: Door prizes and such
were determined.
Date/Time Activity: Used Photoshop and other
3/16/12 programs to make flyer.

4. Date/Time Activity: Realized that I had left some
3/18/12 sponsors out of the list, so went back to
7-8 Pm Mr. Rizzi’s house and fixed that issue.
Commentary: Hopefully all done and
ready for printing.

3/20/12 Activity: Needed to fix flyer again, add
4-6:00 Pm and delete some sponsors along with
trophy categories.
Commentary: Hopefully last revisions

3/22/12 Activity: Fixed flyer for the last time
6-10:00 Pm and then went to Office Max to print
1000 copies of the flyer.
Commentary: Time to advertise.
Date/Time Activity: Car show, day off.
