Professional
Punctuality
BEING Here…

If you did not tell your client you were not
available to train them-would you let them
know? How much notice would you give them?
Would they worry about you if you said you
were coming and you didn’t show up?
Lets practice now-if you are not coming to
class, you must call your college to let us
know
Good Manners
Professional Etiquette
means you will
ALWAYS call your
International College
Coach if you are
unable to attend class?
They will worry about you
until they hear from you as
your client will worry if you
don’t show up and did not
call!!
To Graduate as a Superb MAX
Health, Exercise and Lifestyle
Professional –you must attend all of
your classes to Graduate

If your client
misses a PT
session, they
will not get
the fastest
results

A missed session can be made up by an
online session in your college with a 5
point report to be included in your final
assessments and signed off by your
International Fitness Business Coach
Mobile Phones
Would you train with, invest
money in a professional
person who answers their
phone, sends and receives
text messages and checks
their Facebook during the
time you are paying them?
Lets get it right at MAX so
you never get it wrong when
you have a paying client!!
If your phone rings in class
you must make a donation to
the RSPCA/SPCA and leave
the classroom-you can return
for the next session
A messy PT studio is not attractive or
professional-Start NOW and keep your MAX PT
Studio/ College clean, tidy and your bags away, suits
hung up. No bags lying around the PT Studio so none
in the MAX Boardroom!!
