Canada and Bangalore markets
 Trained new vendors in the GS invoice system and assisted with follow-ups and pending open issues
 Trained new regional managers in the GS accounting systems so they could successfully troubleshoot
their invoices while keeping with GS protocols
 General office duties: Faxed, copied, scanned, and managed ad hoc projects under a tight schedule
 Created, managed and maintained several SharePoint sites and applications for the Legal Procurement
team, tracked legal contracts via CLIDE a GS owned program
 Ongoing record management of HRWW (GS application) used to store 1,993 contingent workers (temps)
population for the US by extending or ending their assignments, kept monthly headcount for managers
 Initiated new contingent employee set ups and background checks; tracked and collected all appropriate
documentation required for the hiring of contingent employees
 Assisted with new employee set ups such as: login passwords, obtained BlackBerry’s, IDs, phone
access, etc.
 Ad hoc projects as assigned
