4. 2 How to organize data?
- Having a clear routine to fullfill the People Management Center and CRM:
you have two national tools to help you track and analyse all your data. But
these tools will only be useful if you have a clear routine for updating them.
Updating all information takes time, updating them every week, on the other
hand, is very quick
- Establish clear roles within your corners: talk to your EB and make sure your
VPs CX know what informations they are responsible for updating, and with
that frequency. Ask your LCP for help on that!
5. 3 How to take action based on data?
- Keep it simple: you don't have to be a master in IT in order to work with data.
Khow what are your main KPIs, and observe how your actions influence on
them, and on your LC results!
- Be visual: members are not used to seeing productivity and retention rates. So,
use as much charts and pictures as you can, so your reports are easy to
understand.
- Work for the Operations: PM is a Back Office area! So, for you to be
successful, you have to make sure all your actions are focused on the
operations' needs!
