Role Summary:
As the key strategic and legal consultant for AIESEC in Sydney’s oGCDP (Outgoing
Global Citizen Program), you will be actively taking steps to guarantee the sustainability
of the program in a manner that maximises the impact of the oGCDP program. This
includes ensuring the continuity of the program, improving the quality and quantity of
exchange participant experiences for oGCDP.
The key focuses of this role include:
(1) Tracking oGCDP investments, analysing data (sales, markets, membership and
financial), identifying bottlenecks in the oGCDP program then innovating solutions.
(2) Talking to members, Team Leaders and the VP oGCDP to gain operational insights
and communicate recommendations from above.
(3) Ensuring quality through tracking and compliance frameworks, improving internal
processes for the long term.
(4) Ensuring the sustainability of the program by executing the oGCDP budget
You can expect to work closely with the VP oGCDP, the VP F&G and the oGCDP
program.
