Role: Business Process Designer - OTC Functional Document designer for Business Forms (4 months)
My role was to gather the requirements for the OTC Business Forms used in all of business regions for all of
the required languages. I designed the forms, received approval from the Business leads in the different
regions, created the Functional Documents, created the configuration for the output determination, worked
with the Development Team to get the code for the forms developed and unit tested, worked with the
Business leads to do the UAT, created the test scripts for the System Integration testing. I also created the
Change Requests that were needed to cover the requirements that the Business leads “remembered” when
we were executing the UAT. I assisted the TM team in the review of the training scenarios, Super-User module
walkthroughs and validation of the training documents. I was the OTC onsite resource for the APAC region (in
Shanghai, China) for the first three weeks after Go-Live and remote for the fourth week (from the USA).

My role was to gather the requirements for the eight interfaces to the existing B2B platform. I created the
Functional Documents, handed the requirements off to the IDC, assisted the Development Team with unit
testing, worked with the business leads to execute the User Acceptance Testing. I also took on the role to do
the UAT on the MDM to Material Master interface with a business resource and I was asked to monitor the
OTC and PTP defects that were created during all three phases of System testing and create a daily report of
the metrics to the relevant Accenture and business teams managers.

My Deployment role was to review and normalize the deployment process steps for all of the non-core
Applications with the relevant Business leads and create the high level plan for review prior to it being added

received from the Functional Designers, to assist the SAP resource with the requirements gathering and then

integration testing (defect validation, fix tracking and user acceptance), document the requirements for the
Requirements Traceability Matrix and Functional Designs. I also assisted the Change Management team to lay
a foundation for the OTC user training documents.
