Developed thorough business, functional and non-functional requirements by leading JAD sessions, and
interviews with clients from inside and outside of the company.
Designed detailed ‘wireframes’ depicting the new design of the website and presented these to the project
stakeholders for review and approval.
Defined current and target state diagrams of the system using Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and State
Diagrams.
Worked closely with developers, database and systems administrators on current production system changes or
upgrades.
Projects included:
$7M policy holder self servicing web site project. The project allows the policy holders to view detailed
information regarding their insurance policy, letters sent as well as the ability to make premium payments
online.
Intranet site to house all common policy forms that included search capability for use by our agents. The
project included an approval process workflow for each form before being made available.
Business Analyst and liaison between project stakeholders, developers and testing team for a $2M+ project to
implement new hazard insurance product within our main ERP system.
2. Lead Business Analyst for the Accounting/Finance team in migrating over 30 applications (desktop, client
server, ERP, mainframe, etc.) to the new parent company network environment.
Lead Business Analyst on a project to re-engineer and update the UI on the company’s client facing (B2C)
