● Responsible for incoming material (LCD Module & AMOLED) quality issue verification, risk evaluation
and make control decision to ensure material satisfy production and quality demand.
● Responsible for incoming and production material quality issue root cause analysis, following up, push
related department for corrective and preventive action and Feedback to China for improvement.
● Control and prevention of market defects which was caused by manufacturing process or Supplier
process.

● Enhanced my technical skills related to LCM, LCM components, structure, defects and its causes, risk
assessment, control plan.
● Successfully monitored the LCM new project of India Supplier i.e. TXD(Tonxingda)- 2 Part codes and LCE
(Lian Chuang Electronics)- 1 Part code till 200K Qty.
● Monitored 8 LCM trial projects from TXD- 4 projects and LCE – 4 projects.
● Achieved 100% IQC & reliability test pass rate.
● Achieved 0 alarms (High Defect PPM) in vivo PD line from Feb 2020 to Jan 2021.
● For the project issues, given feedback to concern departments and achieved corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA).
● Done QPA/ QCP/ Line audits and implemented improvements to counter issues at supplier end.
● Implemented improvements at vivo PD line to counter process issues.
