This document outlines 5 steps to create a video lesson using a PowerPoint presentation with embedded video and audio recordings: 1) prepare PowerPoint slides, 2) familiarize yourself with the presentation, 3) record a video explanation or demonstration for each slide using a laptop, PC, or cellphone camera, 4) insert the video recordings into the corresponding slides, and 5) save the PowerPoint as an MP4 or WMV video file type.

1. STEPS IN CREATING
VIDEO LESSON USING
POWERPOINT
PRESENTATION WITH
YOUR VIDEO AND AUDIO

2. Prefer the Following:
LAPTOP OR PC
MICROPHONE OR HEADPHONE
CELLPHONE WITH CAMERA

3. Step 1
Prepare your Powerpoint slides and
presentation.

4. Step 2:
Master and Familiarize your
presentation.

5. Step 3:
Record a video of your explanation or
demonstration per slides using your
laptop, PC or cellphone.

6. Step 4:
Insert the recorder video per slides. Click INSERT then
click video in the powerpoint. If you used cellphone in
recording the video connect it in the USB port of your
computer and transfer.
Note: The recorder video must be relevant to the slides.

7. Step 5:
Click FILE then SAVE AS to documents
