Mr. Antonow transitioned to a regional role having ownership of all technical delivery
resources for Microsoft, Oracle, SAP and EUC solutions across the Western Region
covering 26 states. Primary responsibilities include the direct management of all delivery
resources, providing technical oversight in the form of solution reviews and estimation for
complex Unified Communications, End User Compute (EUC) and MS SQL and Oracle
solutions. In a technical capacity, Mr. Antonow is highly skilled at scoping complex
customer requirements and translating those requirements into statements of work and
resource/budget estimates and then presenting those estimates back to the customer in
the form of presales briefings. Mr. Antonow retains his technical background through lab

Practice Manager, End User Computing – EMC Corporation (Apr 2010- Jan 2011)
Mr. Antonow was promoted to the practice manager responsible for all delivery
resources across the America’s having an End User Compute (EUC) / Virtual Desktop
Infrastructure (VDI) focus. He provided the direction and strategic vision for the EUC and
VDI services team and directly managed 13 technical consultants. In his role, he also
heavily supported presales activities including performing face to face or remote

customer scoping sessions, development of estimates based on the scope and
presentation of the final content to obtain concurrence with the customer.
Practice Team Lead, Rocky Mountain Region – EMC Corporation (Apr 2006 – Apr 2010)
Mr. Antonow was assigned in the role of Practice Team Lead (PTL) within the EMC
Microsoft Practice for the Rocky Mountain region. His specific duties as a PTL were
centered on supporting the practice in sales support, driving business goal, building
customer relationships, and managing a team of 7-10 senior and junior consultants within
Infrastructure practice. These duties were carried out in addition to having a billable
delivery focus including architectures, designs, implementation practices and Quality
Control for deliverables.
Practice Lead – Interlink Group (Apr 2002 – Apr 2006)
Mr. Antonow was promoted to Practice Lead responsible for leading a team of
consultants within the Microsoft Services Practice of the company. In his role, he was
providing team leadership, guidance and mentorship as well as acting in a Sr delivery role
with a specific billable utilization requirement. Mr. Antonow delivered highly complex
solutions for customers enabling them to take advantage of the benefits of Microsoft
technologies. An example of a delivery effort Mr. Antonow lead, he performed work for a
multinational customer and created a design and implementation of a new Windows
Server 2003 R2 based Active Directory and utilized features of the Distributed File
Services R2 component to provide centralized file server management and backup. Mr.
Antonow transitioned to EMC Corporation as part of an acquisition of Interlink Group.
Communications Maintenance NCOIC – USAF Reserves (Dec 1984 – Dec 2000 RETIRED)
Retired from the USAF Reserves as a Master Sergeant with 21 years of experience in the
communications field. His last assignment was the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge
(NCOIC) of the 302nd Communications Flight for the 302nd Airlift Wing. Managed a flight
of 10 technicians and over $900K in equipment to provide ground based voice and data
communications in support of the flying wing. Was responsible for setting the direction
of all wing communications deployments and routinely functioned as the deployed team
lead on operational missions.
