Tertiary Subjects of Interest
I am particularly interested in, and passionate about business studies, followed by sports
management, sports coaching, culinary arts, lodge management, sales.
While studying Business Studies I have uncovered a deep interest for business and have thoroughly
enjoyed learning about different businesses and the nature of their operations.
While studying PDHPE, I have developed extensive interests not only in the scientific approach to
personalised conditioning and training, injury prevention and rehabilitation but also in developing
individual and team strategies to enhance performance, based on how physiological, psychological
and social factors interact to determine the health and wellbeing of us all, but more specifically, of
elite athletes.
Community Involvement
Service project at Shingari primary school for three weeks, where I helped teach children
Maths, English, Environmental Science, spelling and Social Studies. I also marked
homework, class work, and supervised physical education.
Helped repaint an old-age home in Chegutu for three days.
Coached the pupils of Ridings School hockey.
Did community work for Carslie School in Esigodini, Bulawayo (near Falcon College) where
we made benches, desks and did a bit of plumbing.
