I have been working with Stones* since 2013 and have managed to learn a lot about the dynamic and
ever changing Dubai Real Estate Market especially for the Freehold properties.
• FullWorking knowledge of CRM’s like propspace and Masterkey. Listing Properties on a Daily Basis
• Handling the Company Phone for Incoming Leads for Advertised Properties and following up with
SalesTeam for the received Leads.
• Cold Calling from the Data to List new properties for Rent and Sale.
• Liaising and networking with a range of sales agents including colleagues, Clients and partner
organisations through calls,Whatsapp and emails.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing online and print advertising
• Creating and managing the production of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presenta tions,
leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and other marketing collaterals
• Writing and proofreading copy
• Organising photo shoots
• Maintaining and updating client databases & image gallery
• Supporting sales and rental teams and helping them in drafting MOU andTenancy Contracts
and other day to day tasks
• Advertising and generating leads through SMS Marketing and Email Marketing
• Working as an office manager, administrator and supporting the senior management in the
day-to-day tasks
• Full detailed knowlegde of Properties in Dubai Marina Especially in JBR properties.
