Works & Responsibilities:
 Done the trouble shooting and maintenance of flow transmitters, Level transmitters, temperature transmitters, Pressure gauges and gas detectors.
 Involved in the functional tests, loop tests, calibration of the field instruments including water analyser’s, interfaces with PLCs ,Switchgear, interlocks, controller tuning according to the process requirements, instruments overhauls, vibration system, air intake filters for gas turbines, water & gas injection systems
 Instrument Summary, production, maintenance and the specification /purchase of Process Control equipment, Control Valves, Relief Valves, Flow Measuring Systems, Process Measurement Instrumentation, Emergency Shutdown Systems, PLC control systems
 Responsible for the maintenance of all field instrumentation, QMI, Fire & Gas and Instrument Protection Systems.
 Responsible for the upkeep of (Inst/QMI) maintenance records, maintenance processes and procedures
