High performance standards in a diverse range of roles, I am accustomed to fast-paced environments with rapidly
changing schedules and priorities. I have interacted with various professional levels and organizations to negotiate
decisions, communicate requirements and train. I have taught personnel/peers on the job as one on one or in a small
group along with a small classroom setting while in the Navy and also as a military contractor. Additionally, I am very
personable and use to all types of personalities/people.
Working successfully in both a team-oriented and self-directed environment, I productively developed reporting and
management tools to analyze and streamline business processes. I am prideful in attaining high attention to detail and
being highly organized, which are major strengths required for IT/IS asset configuration management. Configuration
management has always been a part of almost all of my positions held in the past 20+ years.
My IT career began during the inception of computers into the workforce and as technology grew throughout the years, so
did my expertise since I was always on the forefront of implementing the new technology at the various commands where
I worked while in the Navy and at a couple of my contracting positions after the Navy.
Recognizing your time is valuable, I welcome the opportunity to further discuss this position’s duties along with my
experience and qualifications for this prospect. Along with my notable work ethic, I am confident I can be a major asset to
your organization.
Sincerely,
Renee M. Williams
