As an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman my duties include but are not limited to the
performance of technical, managerial, and support duties required by the Naval Aviation
Maintenance Program as outlined below.

control custody records, control forms and reporting requirements. Also to maintain files on
departmental organization, manning, personnel temporary assigned duties; and transfers, and
training requirements; plan, program, and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
tasks and the incorporation of changes and modifications on/to aircraft and aeronautical
equipment and support equipment; coordinate squadron/activity maintenance reporting
requirements and recommend changes to maintenance policies and procedures; organize.
Operate and administer the Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information
System (NALCOMIS).
Input, verified, and validated statistical analysis for data pertaining to the history, operation,
maintenance, configuration, receipt, and transfer of naval aircraft. As well as related
aeronautical equipment, and components installed in those equipment.
Maintained operations department flight data historical files; and aviator life support data.
Provided support assistance to organizational, intermediate, and depot maintenance in staff areas.
3. Performed other duties, as required, when attached to organizational, intermediate, or depot level
maintenance activities, and aviation staff commands.
Maintained and operated the Navy Aeronautical Technical Publications Library as the Central
Technical Publications Librarian. Oversaw eleven dispersed libraries; audited and trained over
44 dispersed librarians.
