Pengamatan Morfologi Protista 
Observation of Protist Morphology 
 Tujuan : Mengamati morfologi beberapa anggota 
protista,terutama protozoa 
 Purpose : Observing morphology of some kinds protists 
member especially protozoan 
 Dasar Teori : Protista adalah organisme eukariotik 
yang bukan hewan dan bukan tumbuhan,seperti protista 
mirip hewan.Dikatakan seperti hewan karena dapat 
bergerak dan ada yang memiliki mata,contohnya 
kelompok protozoa 
 Basic Theory : Protists are eukaryotic organisms which 
neither animal nor plant,like animal-like protists.Told like 
animal because it can move and there who have eyes,for 
example protozoan group
 Mikroskop Cahaya / Light Microscope 
 Air susu basi / Hackneyed Milk water 
 Pipet / Pipette 
 Air Kolam / Pond Water 
 Kertas tisu / Tissue Paper 
 Kaca objek / Microscope slide 
 Mika / Mica 
 Air tanah / Ground Water
Cara Kerja 
Procedures

Protista mirip hewan umumnya dapat berpindah 
tempat dan uniselular. 
Selain itu,protista adalah eukariotik karena memiliki 
membran sel. 
Protists like animal mainly can move and unicellular. 
Beside that,protists are eukaryotic,because it has 
membrane cell.
