From August 2015 to present
Reden is the Sr. MEP Coordinator for this project
which is 2B+G+6P+18F Project. Design started
as core-and-shell project only and had to go
several design modifications.
Reden coordinated and helped in finalizing
design issues between designers, client and
contractors. His role included managing various
contractors to ensure timely delivery.
Al Jassasiya South House, Private Engineering
Office (PEO), March to August 2015
A beach project in north for the royal family of
Qatar which consist of a big Palace, 6 Chalets,
Horse Stable, Staff Quarters, Kitchen building
and all other luxurious amenities befitting a royal
families.
Reden served as MEP head to start up the MEP
scopes and catch up the project program.
Souq Waqif Souq Hotel, Private Engineering
Office (PEO), May 2014 to March 2015
A souq (market) building turned into a 5-star
hotel project.
Reden served as MEP head to help the team
finalize the MEP designs with respect to high
level requirements of a 5-star hotel. He handled
several engineers and contractors from design to
implementation to testing & commissioning to
handing-over process.

3 projects with unsatisfactory close-outs and the
company was dealing with uncollected retaining
money.
Reden, as Project Manager, handled all clients’
issues on project closure so the company had it
commercial closures with the client as well.
HMC ID Upgrade Project of 3-Hospital, Hamad
Medical Corporation (HMC), November 2009
to January 2014
Refurbishment project of 3 of Qatar’s pioneer
Hospitals – Hamad, Women’s and Rumailah
Hospital. A challenging project because existing
systems were more than 3 decades and hospital
had to be continuously operating.
Reden as Sr. Project Coordinator served from
tendering the project to design to
implementation to handing over. Being the only
MEP Engineer in the team and later served as
Project Manager, he managed all execution of
entire designs and requirements of the project
till close-out to the satisfaction of the client.
Refurbishment Project of West Wing of
Radisson Blu Qatar, April 2013 to January
2014
This was a total refurbishment high rise project
wherein only structural and MEP risers were left
intact. Reden as Sr. Project Coordinator was
tasked to assist the existing team in resolving
client’s issues on project delays and MEP issues.
His knowledge on technical combined with
management skills put the project back on track.

Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC) Qatar
Foundation, January 2010 to March 2011
Armed with experience from Dubai Mall Medical
Centre, Reden managed WCMC technical and
design coordination for equipment vendors,
subcontractors, clients and consultants. He
skilfully handled all systems and close-out
documents for a successful project handover.

Reden was one of the key persons in designing
and implementing value engineering without
compromising original design intent. He was the
focal point for the coordination of the design
between the concept designers in USA and the
MEP and other specialist subcontractors in
Dubai and the international Medical equipment
suppliers.

line to the Project Manager in the team,
attended to all project’s concerns from project
start to finish. He managed his own team from
