  • 8. 8 There are eight steps in Planning Step-1- Define the purpose of your Presentation Step-2- Know your audience Step-3- Study the venue Step-4- Choose appropriate Topic Step-5- Select a Suitable title Step-6- Collect Material from different sources Step-7- Structure your Presentation.
