BOMs to ensure accuracy of materials usage and product costing from raw materials
through final production.
Manage inventory in Net Suite to include reviewing and verifying inventory valuation,
and daily transactions.
Manage inventory for 1480 lines of stock worth $3.7 million.
Directs cycle counting process by determining ABC codes and ranks, count products,
research variances , creates month end and YTD variance report s and recommends
process or procedures for greater accuracy.
Participate in meetings that are necessary for the continue operations department and
help to identify, implement, and update policies and procedures as necessary for the
department's efficiency and effectiveness.

sheets and safety requirements. Maintain NAFTA compliance files, update outlook
contacts, maintain new employee information packets, maintain policies and procedure
manuals, maintain OSHA logs and DEQ required logbooks and reports, assist in
schedule and organize safety meetings.
Reporting: Responsible for daily plant, warehouse, and distribution reporting, generate
and distribute reports for inventory control, manufacturing, scheduling, purchasing and
reordering, including various weekly and end of month reports, etc.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices including coding for correct accounting,
work with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, investigate/balance daily

Purchasing & Inventory: Assist purchasing agent with purchasing and re-buying
inventory and non-inventory items, update InMass pricing as needed, manage vendor
orders and verify backorders, and close out Purchasing module in InMass monthly.
Create, assign, kit, and FAB BOMs for production, manage WIP into Inmass, manage
ATOs, manage ship status of customer orders and verify backorders, and close out
inventory monthly.
