supervized sub-contractors and marketed homes while balancing; quality, cost and
timeliness. Recently, this experience has been refocused on several successful
remodeling projects guiding the owners through the process to a happy conclusion.

Superintendent Kirkland, WA
Hired to finish a “high-end” development that had been plagued by many
difficulties. After taking over the project the builder was awarded Most Improved
Plat at the Annual Builders Meeting. Building in this development presented
many challenges, three different governing entities to deal with; all had different,
strict requirements. Also, the customer service needed to be turned around.
The most important issue was to restore trust with all of the above. Many onsite
meetings with: buyers, city officials, the developer, homeowners association
engineers, architects and subcontractors were required to successfully evaluate
and correct the various problems.
