Can Computer
write poetry ?
● This is a provocative
question.
“ It might actually tell you a
lot more about what it's like
to be human than ... about
what it's like to be a
machine trying to be a
human.”
- Dan Rockmore.
4. Looking for history…….
● Poetry allows us to explore the
depths of what means to be
human. It evokes emotion,
imagination, and connection
between author and reader.
● Poetry generators was born
from the Victorian enthusiasm
for automata. In 1845, inventor

machine at the Egyptian Hall
in Piccadilly, London.

Who said, “ It is just as l feared ! -
Tow owls and Hen.
Four larks and a corn,
Have all built their best in my beard.
A Man Called Fred

Violents are blue,
The spirit is hateful
And so are you.
Orchids are white,
Ghost ones are rare,
My voice is weak,
And so is your hair.
Daisies are pretty,
Daddies have style,
A Lanturn is illuminating
And also so is your smile.
Last line of the poem :
An ocean is beautiful
11. Alliteration Generator :
● If we look to alliteration in our
own poem, then the
alliteration generator helps us.
● They ask for a sentence or
word, then they give multiple

Generator :
Machine or
computer can't think
about current
issues.
Way of thinking , ideas
we come to know that
what we don't know
and never think.
Sometimes they don't
accept our words.
Absence of the fresh
feeling.
We can’t feel the
delightness. Like we
feel in our own writing.
But will they ever
really pass as poets?
