                               Virtual Network Operator (VNO) Program

Autonomy, Control, and Low Cost Entry into the Internet Service Provider Market
dCORE’s Virtual Network Operator (VNO) soluƟons are highly scalable, flexible and user friendly. They are designed to meet the
changing resource needs of today’s emerging service provider business.

Our VNO program allows service provides to operate their own network without all the high cost and investment in the infrastructure
and the tradiƟonal (20th Century) installaƟon process. i.e. network equipment, large antenna and radio frequency (RF) systems,
physical space, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), etc. And in a FTTx environment they would roll a truck to connect the service.

We understand the inefficiencies in most all rural or Tier 3 ISP operaƟons. With the HNO dCORE plaƞorm VNOs can provide a wide
range of applicaƟons that range from tradiƟonal service types to new 21st Century “App” type over the top services.•

                               • Cellular Backhaul
                               • WiMax PtP
                               • Muni Wi-Fi
                               • WISP
                               • Rural Telephony
                               • Public Safety Mobile CommunicaƟons
                               • Disaster Management
                               • Distance Learning
                               • Remote Healthcare "lifeline-services"

These are just to name a few.

And the low cost of entry, combined with the advanced dCORE technology enabling greater overall network efficiency, make the VNO
Program a win-win for Owner, HNO, VNO and end user subscribers alike.

How it Works: HNO VNO Cloud Peering

A VNO rents network capacity from a larger Host Network Operator (HNO) that represents the available infrastructure resource. This
capacity is physically isolated from the resources rented by other service providers and the HNO, and can be remotely configured and
managed in any manner the VNO sees fit. This allows the VNO to offer the most highly compeƟƟve broadband IP service anywhere,
                               without a substanƟal upfront investment.

As a VNO, you'll have the ability to fully control and run services to your end customers
worldwide with the highest level of autonomy. We said "world-wide" because as we grow, you as a VNO can "serve" anywhere we pop
up! Because you are peered in our cloud, where we go, you go.

                               • dCORE offers a set of services that combined in any number of ways, result in a robust soluƟon facilitaƟng your network’s
operaƟons and support with visibility from Tech to Exec.
                               • dCORE brings together the best of the best strategic partners which empowers us to be the 21st Century Rural Broadband HNO
for Wireless and FTTx networks offering a fully automated provisioning operaƟons and management soluƟon for the network
owners, service providers and WISP operators alike.
                               • dCORE is designed to have the scalability and flexibility that no one plaƞorm can provide without spending hundreds of
thousands or millions of dollars day-1. Our hybrid approach and vendor partner opƟons, gives us unimaginable leverage and
product discounts. That being said; our dCORE cloud core and edge service offerings range from a simple management soluƟon
for a tradiƟonal single model or a more progressive 21st Century globally adopted Open Access Net Neutral BYOD Ɵered mulƟ-
                                     service mulƟ provider network architecture.
                               • dCORE achieves this level of automaƟon and efficiency by offering the a front end VNO Portal, a self-service interface that
enables both service providers to offer advanced network services and network subscribers to buy them at any Ɵme without
having to contact a call center or roll a truck and a service technician to the home.
                               • This is the elegance of a HNO/VNO/Sub relaƟonship hybrid architecture with our 21st Century methodology.
                               • dCORE offers flexible deployment opƟons for networks of any size and we support the full range of the latest hardware and
soŌware from leading vendors and cloud services providers.
                               • By offering both on-site soluƟon and cloud based services, dCORE offers the premier flexible, scalable and comprehensive
soluƟon that fits a broad range of network architectures and complex Public-Private business models.
